It's going well, but I still find I'm hungry during the day. I will evaluate my calorie intake at weigh-ins, after a couple weeks in. Gonna work on reducing carbs more.

2tbsp Lite Mayo
1 Bag Bird's Eye Broccoli

2 servings Raw Spinach
Chunked Tomato
1tbsp Total EFA Oil
2tbsp Newman's Own 3 Cheese Balsamic
1oz Beef Jerky
1 AG Burger w/Ketchup
10oz Chicken w/Salsa
Multi, VitC, Fish Oil
1900 Cals: 92g Carbs, 183g Protein, 85g Fat
